The next conductor strike on Southern services has been brought forward to Wednesday 18 May.
A Southern webpage gives timetable and other information about the impact of the strike.
As on the last occasion, Reigate will only be served by GWR trains. At Redhill, there will only be a limited Southern service to other destinations, and for less of the day than normal.
Thameslink services will run, as the webpage explains:
“Gatwick Express and Thameslink services will be largely unaffected by the strike but some services are expected to be extremely busy on these days and some Gatwick Express trains will be unable to call at certain stations, so please allow more time for your journey.”
Earlswood and Salfords stations will be closed.
In addition to the information on the webpage, Southern recommend using their live running page.
The company says that it hopes to upload the revised timetable to journey planners (such as National Rail enquiries) at least the day before, but until it does so such planners may show the wrong information.
