The White Brasserie Company, a pub brasserie firm which is a sister company to Brasserie Blanc, plans to open locally.
An advert looking for an assistant manager in “Reigate” has been placed on the Leisure Jobs website. The text explains the company is expanding:
“We are currently looking for passionate, career focused and inspiring managers to join our family in our exciting new openings.”
The White Brasserie Company is headed up by Michelin-starred chefs Raymond Blanc and Clive Fretwell.
The firm’s existing 14 pubs are located in London and the home counties. Locations in Surrey are:
- The Barley Mow, Englefield Green
- The Cricketers, Cobham
- The March Hare, Guildford
- The Queen’s Head, Weybridge
- The Sun Inn, Chobham
- The Victoria, Oxshott
The company describes its pubs as “a family of British pubs with a French brasserie twist”.
