Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses after two separate callers expressed concern for a woman in a car that was being driven erratically in Reigate town centre on Saturday night (5 October).

The car was being driven erratically with its hazard lights on at around 11.25pm.  The callers described a woman in the car shouting and screaming with at least one male.

The vehicle is described as a dark-coloured hatchback – possibly a Punto or Corsa.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who thinks that they may have seen the same incident, or has dashcam, mobile or other footage from Reigate town centre last night that could help identify the car or the people in it.

Police are also keen to speak to anyone who recognises the description of the car or the occupants as being them, so that they can confirm that there’s isn’t a risk  or concern for the people involved.

Anyone with information that could help the investigation is asked to contact  Surrey Police on 101 (999 in an emergency) or online using reference PR/P19230979.
