CCTV released of man who may be able to help in sexual assault investigation


Surrey Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to identify, as he may be able to help them further their investigations concerning a woman who was sexually assaulted in Reigate in the early hours of Sunday 28 April.

The police have said:

“The assault took place just after midnight in a car park in Church Street. An investigation is underway to identify and locate the suspect.

A number of enquiries have already been carried out and we believe this man has information that is key to helping us understand what happened.”

Detective Sergeant Siobhan Parker, of the Sexual Offences Investigation Team, said:

“We are grateful for the help the public have already given us with this investigation.

We are looking to identify this man as we hope he may have information that will help with our investigation. If you know who they are, please come forward and speak to us.

We are still keen to speak to anyone who was in the area of Church Street between 11.30pm on 27 April and 3am on 28 April.”
