Money could be available to improve local sports pitches and changing rooms, and Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is asking people for their views.
The Football Association has funds which it is allocating to councils to improve facilities for football and other sports that share pitches or changing rooms.
An online survey is open until 13 March, with the council hoping to hear from those who play football as well as other sports such as rugby, cricket, athletics or hockey.
The council says:
“We would like to understand what is already available and what groups and individuals think the borough needs.
We would like to hear from you if you are involved in a football club or other sports club.”
As well as the survey, the council has been contacting local clubs directly.
